Solicita: QUALITY SYSTEM COORDINATOR.
Global company in the Automotive Industry, is in search of talent in the Quality area.
Requeriements:
- 3 years in the Automotive Industry.
- Bachelor Degree
- Six Sigma Training
- English : Bilingual
Knowledge:
- Investigate customer's problems and find solutions.
- Hire and train customer service rep.
- Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by customer service rep.
- Resolve complaints and order issues.
- Keep abreast of new company products and services.
- Analyze data and statistics.
- Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction.
- Identify areas of improvement.
- Train customer service rep. on how to adequately address problem over the phone.
- Work with management on customer service initiatives.
- Utilize social media to respond to customer complaints and praise.
- Supervise customer service managerial staff.
- Comply with the quality, security and environment standards procedures and instructions (those applicable)
- Self-motivated, self-driven
