Education and Experience:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance
•Minimum of 5 years of Manufacturing or Factory experience
•Experience in automotive business
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
•Lean Manufacturing knowledge
•Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
•Risk Assessment and Mitigation skills recommended.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required,
•Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills
•Proven ability to function independently and multi-task
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Develop annual improvement plans with objectives aligned to the strategic planning of the organization.
•Ensure the organization, measurement and control of annual projects.
•Create schedule board for project review.
•Enforce improvement plans proposed by various managers and timely scaling to ensure the achievement of the financial plans.
•Ensure that the proposed solutions have a systematic approach that avoids recurrences ,in addition to placing mechanisms of anticipation in financial objectives.
•Schedule regular meetings to discuss about projects performance, budget and improvements.
•Monitor performance metrics and pursue full effectiveness.
•Drive continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics.
•Ability to effectively present information to top management.
•Strong analytical ability.
•Financial analysis skill is a plus
