• Support to maintain the Quality Management System according the required industry standards (including: ISO 13485 / ISO 9001).
• Support to the internal quality audit program.
• Monitor and control the results of external agency audits related to the product's quality .
• Follow in the corrective and preventive actions ( CAPA)
• Performs process adherence audits.
• Control of document control system.
• Ensure compliance with QMS policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Document control of company methods and procedures such as manuals, procedures, instructions, policies, formats, annexes, etc.
• Implement processes, procedures, systems and instructions to audit and monitor compliance with
• the documented processes, procedures, systems and instructions.
• Execution and monitoring of internal audits. 
• Quality Assurance Ability.
• Detect, report, help develop and implement improvement actions.
• Support on the analysis of audits findings and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate on Quality System and other management reviews.
• Assists audits of regulatory agencies. (UL, Intertek, CSA, etc.)
• Monitoring external registration requirements to ensure they are met.
• Ensure the Implementation all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies
• Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate
